For support, contact hello@northvault.app. Include your device model, iOS version, NorthVault app version if available, and a brief description of the issue.
If you contact support, please avoid sending bank statements, passwords, full account numbers, or sensitive financial documents unless specifically requested through a secure process.
App Availability
NorthVault's free public version will be available soon on the App Store. The public app is intended for everyday personal finance tracking, including budgeting, cash flow, net worth, wealth tracking and investment records.
Development Beta / TestFlight
Development beta builds may be offered separately through TestFlight for testing upcoming changes. TestFlight builds are development versions. They may include unfinished features, temporary issues, or changes that differ from the App Store version.
Feedback from development beta users may be used to improve upcoming releases.
Data, Backups and Restore
NorthVault is designed around user control of financial records. Core records are stored on your device unless you choose to export, back up, restore, share, or use optional services that may be introduced in future versions.
You should keep your own backups of important records, especially before installing development beta builds or changing devices.
Importing Transactions or Investments
NorthVault may support importing selected transaction or investment records from supported file formats. Import results can depend on file structure, formatting, dates, currencies, and account mapping. Review imported records before relying on them.
Privacy and Local Data
NorthVault does not require mandatory bank linking for core use. The app is designed to keep core financial records on your device unless you choose an export, backup, restore, sharing workflow, or optional future service that clearly involves external processing.
Known Limitations
NorthVault is a personal finance tracking and information tool. It does not provide financial, investment, tax, legal or accounting advice. Future features such as cloud sync, connected account import, live market data, AI-assisted features, premium services or advanced analytics may be introduced later and may be optional.
